     Liggins lives in Columbus, Ohio where she discovered ballroom dancing. She has trained at the Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Columbus, Ohio, dancing as a hobby. She wrote Life is But a Dream, her first book, to garner recognition for the art and sport of ballroom dancing.
